*To process customers order via the telephone and email for healthcare products.

*Contacting clinical advisers, nurses and technicians to arrange delivery.

*Contacting patients, carers, and families to arrange delivery.

*Working as part of a busy team.

*Taking complaints.

*Closely working with other departments.
