My client based in Thornbury are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Hours are Monday-Friday 9.00am until 5.30pm.

Experience is great but not necessary, all training will be given for you to succeed.

The starting salary for the position is £18'120 pa rising to £18'900 pa following a successful training & probationary period.

Duties include working within a busy inbound call centre, speaking to customers on the telephone/through emails & web chat, dealing with any queries and processing orders, no sales involved. You will be the first point of contact for the customers before/during/after purchasing.

Each call you take will be answered with confidence, a polite and friendly voice and you will then take ownership of tasks and queries for that customer.

You will need to be empathetic, make their customers feel special and respond quickly to any requests.

This role is answering all inbound calls that come into the friendly contact centre, typically the calls you receive will be for new & existing customers placing orders and making enquires. Additionally, you must ensure that the general administration is of a good standard. Attention to detail is paramount and a confident working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience as well as excellent communication skills and be confident on the telephone, ideal candidates come from varying backgrounds such as:

Retail/Hair & Beauty/Customer service/Hospitality
