Our client, has been established for over 20 years and over that period have built an enviable reputation in their market. Delivering excellent service and a high end product is of paramount importance to the business. Working within an interesting and constantly evolving sector their product is sold both, direct to consumer and to other businesses.

Your role will see you managing orders and queries from a wide range of customers, logging the order onto the internal system for processing and managing the delivery of the product. Aftercare support is important to the business, therefore any queries or issues would be managed by your team - allowing to see the whole process from start to finish.

You will need to have telephone based customer service experience and be looking to settle into a role long term. Due to location you will need access to your own vehicle.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working hard but would like a better work/life balance! No weekends, no late shifts just a straight forward 9am-5pm role!
