The Not-for-Profit organisation is based in Bolton. The Social Housing Provider is dedicated to sourcing properties in line with tenant needs and providing a supportive environment in order to carry out their tenancy.

Description

The Outbound Customer Service Advisor will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective tenants in order to secure them in to the Social Housing properties
  • Promoting services that the housing association can provide the new and existing tenants
  • Chasing leads on behalf to the Business Development Officers
  • Promoting services to potential business partners e.g. owners of properties
  • Closing sales

Profile

The successful candidate must:

  • Have call centre experience is essential
  • Outbound call centre experience
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be immediately available
  • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
