We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work an Automotive Customer Care team providing effective communications for new and existing customers.
You will be engaging with customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements in line with stringent quality standards and to ensure a timely resolution.
You will have excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner, be able to prioritise and manage own work load and have excellent planning and organisational skills. You must be computer literate, minimum intermediate level and have a "can do" approach.
This is a temporary position until December 2018 with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
If you are available for immediate start up to the end of the year and can work Monday to Friday between 0830 - 1700 (shifts), Saturday 0900 - 1300 (1 in 5), please contact Charlotte Kendall.
