Paying £8.75 per hour for an initial six month contract (with the opportunity to take a permanent position after this) this is an amazing opportunity to join a leading national company.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will identify and understand the customer needs, helping to deliver a market leading customer service.
Assisting with customer queries relating to product and services you will aim to deliver an outstanding service at the first point of contact, or ensure issues are escalates and resolved within a timely manner.
This role will offer 5 weeks training followed by an additional 2 weeks call centre supervision, so you will be provided with all the support you need to succeed.
Working 37 hours a week, on a shift pattern (8 hour shifts) within the hours of 8am – 8pm between Monday to Saturday. Successful candidates will start within the first two weeks of October, and will never work Sundays or bank holidays.
