We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a well established insurance company based in Liverpool City Centre. This is offering a salary of £15,525 a year, rising to £16,550 after 6 months. This will be offering an immediate start and once passed probation the opportunity to earn £19,550 through the bonus scheme.
This role will be working a shift pattern of Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm for two weeks and one week doing Monday to Friday 10.30am-7pm and Saturday 9am-5pm
Please note all candidates will be CRB checked as its a heavily regulated FCA environment
About The Role:
•Taking inbound calls from customers who have enquiries about their insurance policies
•Making changes to policies, payments and schedules
•Dealing with sensitive information such as bank details, credit/debit card payments and personal details following data protection principles
•Adhering to strict FSA guidelines at all times
•Providing a friendly, professional service and promoting our brand in a positive manner
•Problem solving and dealing with difficult calls and customers
•Taking a high volume of calls during busy times
•Working as part of a team to ensure all deadlines are met
•Associated administration duties as required
