***CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES REQUIRED***
Interaction Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a dynamic and exciting well established business and recognisable named business based in Northampton in a modern and well equipped contact centre.
Due to continued growth they are on the lookout for top customer service agents to deliver the best possible customer care, working on an inbound customer service campaign.
Various shifts patterns are required to fit in with the demands of the business so successful candidates will be expected to remain flexible to work shifts for the following hours:
***Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:00***
***£17,000 - £19,000 (plus uncapped bonus)***
As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will include:
*Working towards customer satisfaction targets
*Hitting set KPI’s
*Delivering great service to customers
*An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential
The successful Customer Service Advisor should possess the following skills and experience:
*Ability to work under pressure
*Effective listening skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Passionate and eager for a new challenge
