The Role

This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday. Shifts will be on based on a weekly rota and will be between the hours of 8am-6pm.

The Customer Service Advisor / Premier Fleet Associate is responsible for building and maintaining effective client relationships and delivering an incredible customer experience. A Customer Service Advisor will need to have effective communication with internal teams as this is essential in exceeding our client expectations and customer satisfaction measured through our net promoter scores. You will be working within a team of 12 Associates and will be responsible for answering telephone and email queries.

* Responsible for building and delivering an incredible customer experience

* Communication with internal teams, ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved

* Ensure compliance/security procedures are followed at all times

* Answering telephone calls, emails and complete various administrative tasks
