Customer Service Advisor

SafetyLiftinGear are a rapidly growing specialist supplier of lifting and safety products with locations across the UK.

Based at our Cabot Park head office in Avonmouth we are looking an experianced Customer service representative.

the main duties would include,

Handling incoming customer telephone calls to,

Help customers with queries regarding orders , deliveries and payments etc.

Handling customer complaints

Liaison with carrier companies

Supporting the sales team as necessary

Any other duties to help us provide outstanding levels of customer service.

Opportunity for a limited amount of overtime pay.

Performance bonuses.

Hours 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
