Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a professional Sales and Customer Service team based near Workington.

The successful post-holder will support designated customers, both independent and multiples, in all aspects of the customer service accounts procedures. This is a full-time post, 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administration and communication skills, a good knowledge of MS Office software and an accurate and well organised approach to their work.

Applicants should have a self-assured and pleasant telephone manner, they should be confident and happy to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team and have the ability to work under pressure.

A good standard of secondary education in Mathematics and English is essential (GCSE grade C (4) or above or equivalent), whilst an NVQ level 2 or 3 in customer service or equivalent and a working knowledge of a Sales and Marketing environment will be an advantage.
