Calling all Customer Service Advisors! An exciting new opportunity has arisen for full-time phone operators to work for a company offering a dedicated Telephone Answering Service.
You will be answering and managing calls for external companies, getting to know their business and clients inside out. No previous experience is required – just a great attitude!
The position will be Monday – Friday working approximately 7.5 to 9 hour shifts plus weekend work on rotation basis (1 in 6).
What you’ll be doing
We require reliable, enthusiastic candidates to work within a small friendly team. You will be required to handle incoming telephone enquiries from our client’s customers.
Callers and queries will vary based on the nature of the call, but you will be expected to answer queries appropriately using the information on the system and schedule appointment using an online calendar.
