Our client based in Fareham have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Main duties -

  • Dealing with calls and enquiries to the branch sales office and of upselling of products and promotions
  • Following up on all active quotations and providing monthly updates
  • Following up on all low spending customers and providing monthly updates
  • Ensure that all customers receive a fast and efficiant response to sales enquiries, building customer loyalty and enhancing the company's reputation for service
  • Participating in the annual stock take
  • Resolve any queries or complaints

The ideal candidate will be a flexible person who enjoys working as part of a small team. A good telephone manner and computer literacy are essential.

8am - 5pm
