Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 8:30am - 5.00pm OR 11.00am - 7.00pm
£14,000 - £16,000 - (Permanent role) plus overtime available

NJR have a number of Customer Service/Call Centre Advisor roles with a privately owned independent Mail Order Company founded over 30 years ago based in Knowsley Industrial Park.
This is not your typical call centre environment; you will be working within a friendly, supportive atmosphere for a long standing family run business with a reputation for retaining staff.
- Reporting in to the Team Manager you key tasks will include:
- Maintain standards and achieve targets for all KPI areas.
- Handle inbound customer telephone orders and enquiries
- Orderbuild where appropriate and exceed target wherever possible
- Identify potential issues from customer feedback and highlight to Team Manager
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner when dealing with both internal and external customers along with the ability to consistently achieve and occasionally exceed all call handling/productivity and personal KPI's, they will also possess excellent keyboard skills.
