Your role will involve offering pre-existing clients a full customer care package. You will predominantly deal with inbound telephone enquiries covering a wide range of areas in connection with our clients' insurance. These may include discussions about outstanding paperwork or payments, actioning changes customers may wish to make to their policies, cancellations, renewing policies and also dealing with any general enquiries they may have.
Successful candidates will receive complete training on our field of products, how best to meet our customers' needs and how to use the computer system.
In addition to this, there is an extremely generous bonus structure to go alongside the already generous package!
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm, alternate Saturdays 9am-2pm.
Salary: £15,000 - £19,000 per annum (OTE £18,000 - £22,000 p.a) with potential for over £26k!
