The offices are located in modern offices with brand new décor and equipment. There is also free parking available and situated very close to the new shopping centre.
The successful candidate will have 3 years + experience within customer services and have a winning personality. The role will be phone based but not repetitive and has plenty of variation.
The daily tasks of a Customer service advisor will include creating repair bookings for residents and then schedule an appointment for the most appropriate operative on the site team.
Other tasks can include -
First point of contact for all residents
Creating bookings sent via email; this can be from resident, site team or from clients
Close jobs manually on the system when requested
Including detailed, appropriate notes throughout
To be in regular communication with the site managers.
