We are Utilita - the 9th biggest energy provider, and we supply gas and electricity, predominantly to the pre-payment market - we want to give our customers a fairer deal. We supply to both the domestic and business markets and have seen impressive growth this past year. Increasing our customer base to over 600,000 and growing to in excess of 1800 staff. We have recently won a string of awards, including Best Smart Meter Experience and Best App in the uSwitch Awards, also getting 6th place for customer satisfaction, and our impressive growth won us a local Business Award. We have been named as 'One To Watch' in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For and were ranked 5th in the annual Which? customer satisfaction survey for energy suppliers.

We currently have over 420 customer service advisors in our contact centre, and we're looking for more! We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service, and thrive on working in a fast paced, busy environment. You will have an excellent telephone manner, empathising with customers, and the ability to put the customer at the heart of what you do.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, receiving inbound calls and helping with a wide variety of queries from customers nationwide. This is not a sales role, and you will not be doing any cold calling to non-customers. You will take ownership of each call - resolving queries and complaints, answering questions, offering advice, all whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Our contact centre is open 7 days per week, so a flexible approach to working hours is a must! Shifts are between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, and 8am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday.

You will be trained in everything you need to know to do the job to a high standard, and with ongoing support to allow you to progress through the business.
