Our prestigious customer is looking for a part time Customer Services Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a small but successful team. The duties are very customer orientated: entering customer orders on SAGE, sending order acknowledgements, and if required expiry dates. Keeping the customer updated. Liaising with production team. Dispatching orders and arranging for the shipment of these orders in a timely manner. Ensuring compliance with company, quality, regulatory and statutory requirements. If you can maintain a good working relationship with customers and external contacts, acting at all times in the best interest of the Company and also have excellent telephone manner then please get in touch. There will also be assisting in the collection of payment of outstanding invoices, including sending out the Statements of Account each month and regularly chasing customers.
