Customers will never have to pay back more than what they can realistically afford, and as their consultant, you will work with them to put together a payment plan to help them become debt free.
The Customer Service Executive position is 100% telephone based, so you must be confident on the phone and able to talk openly about money in a warm and friendly manner.
You will be given an excellent basic salary of £18,000 - £19,200 with a generous bonus scheme offering up to £23,400 in place, there is the chance to progress in this position increasing your basic to £22,500 in time with your bonus also increasing. There is also the opportunity to develop your career within a thriving company through their proven Management Development Programme.

You will need to have exceptional customer service skills to be successful in this position, with the ability to communicate with people effectively, at all levels and from many different backgrounds.
As an ideal candidate you will have;
*Previous experience in customer service focused role- face to face or phone based
*A keen interest in customer care
*Accurate spelling and grammar
*Good working knowledge of MS Office
Extensive industry training is provided.
The shift pattern for this role is;
Week 1. Monday-Friday 7.45am - 2.30pm
Week 2. Monday-Friday 2.15pm - 9pm + Saturday morning
The next available start date for this position will be in June 2018.
