Customer Service Advisor required for a great client based just outside of Royston. Our client is moving to Biggleswade in the next 12 months. This is a temporary to permanent position.
Your role will involve:
- Inbound and outbound calls with customers and other internal branches.
- Processing orders.
- Communicating with customers via an online instant messanger.
- General office duties.
What our client is looking for in you:
- Customer Service experience (commercial or retail).
- Good computer skills.
- Strong work ethic and initiative.
Due to the location of our client, own transport is required.
