The Office Support Division of the SF Group is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for their client based in Derby. The client offer on site parking and a very interesting business to join.
The Customer Service Advisor will work closely with internal teams and customers updating the internal systems, dealing with suppliers through email and over the phone, responding to customer enquiries promptly, handle all bookings, pricing and service enquiries, providing written quotations, communicate with internal departments, organise workflow with the internal teams to meet customer requirements, follow up on customer interactions, maintaining internal databases and prepare reports.
The successful candidate must be well organised, have a strong work ethic, be a strong team player and be computer literate. Ideally the candidate will be able to start as soon as possible or on a short notice period.
