We are looking for a number of Inbound Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established, high profile company.

You will be the first, and often only, point of contact for customer calls, providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations and in doing so reduces the need to transfer calls. Putting each customer at the heart of everything you do by demonstrating a genuine interest in their current needs and future aspirations. Proactively seeking opportunities to offer customers additional products and services that will develop and add further depth to their relationship with the business.

Applicants must have previous customer service experience, either face to face or telephony based, with the ability to work to targets and KPI's. Applicants should demonstrate they can put the customer first, fulfil their needs and leaving the customer happy.

Working an average of 35 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, the hours of work will be between 08.00 and 22.00, some weekend work will be included.

The hourly pay rate is £9.63, paid weekly. Once you have been in the role for 12 weeks you will be eligible for performance related half yearly bonus.
