Ongoing temporary assignment - 12 months. (subject to attendance/performance/punctuality)
A successful candidate will be someone that has a positive approach and a can-do attitude. They'll need to be open to change and not be afraid to take on challenges. The role works within a fast paced and stimulating environment that has the customer at the very heart of everything they do.
Pay rate: £9.31 - weekend allowance time and a quarter, competitive overtime rates in place
Early shift starts at 6AM and late shift finishes at 10PM Parking permits and Free Duty rail passes are issued to all staff members in the call centre
Training times: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm for 1 week including job shadowing where hours may default to the required rota pattern. (Strictly no holidays/appointments during this time)
Shift Pattern will cover the following working hours:
7 days a week between the hours of 6:00 - 22:00
