Inbound Customer Sales Advisor
Salary: £17,000 + Bonus
About the role…
As an Inbound Customer Sales Advisor, the agents will be taking calls from potential customers who have broken down in their vehicle at the time. The customers are calling to sign up to the client as they are in need of recovery/assistance, usually quite urgently. The agent will take the customer through an application over the telephone and providing them with a quote for how much it's going to cost them to be rescued on that day, and to be signed up to a policy moving forward. The role is heavily service driven and the agents need to be able to show genuine empathy as the customers can be upset or distressed due to their circumstances.
Call Centre - Customer Service Advisor - Permanent
Hours: A rotational shift pattern working 5 out of 7 days between the hours of 8am-7pm Mon-Fri & 9am-5pm Saturday-Sunday
About the role…
Here you will be working as a customer service advisor on behalf of our client, one of the largest providers of motoring solutions, where you will answer calls from people who are in a breakdown situation however do not have a membership, you will take details whilst quoting charges and up-selling where appropriate.

6 months customer service/up-selling experience - preferably in a customer service advisor role.
