I am looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of my client to join a growing team based in Horsforth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established business with excellent training and progression. You will be working as part of a small team of Advisors and the successful candidate will have a minimum 18 months Customer Service Experience in either an outbound or inbound environment. There is selling involved in the role so some experience in Telesales would be ideal. There is a fantastic opportunity to earn very generous commission in this role.
- Answering incoming calls within agreed service levels
- Dealing with enquiries
- Booking appointments
- Managing incoming enquiry emails
- Updating databases
- Cross selling products offered by company.
