Customer Service Advisor - Inbound Call Centre

Location: Tulketh Mill, Preston, PR2 2DY
Salary: £7.90 per hour (Circa £15,400 per annum) + Excellent Benefits including Perkbox!
Shift and Training: Full time and part time roles are available after 2 weeks of full time training. Due to nature of the role, we would require you to attend full training without any days off. Training is 2 weeks (Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30 pm)
Hours: 37.5 per week. Shifts within Monday-Sunday between 8am-8pm. Weekend work is included on a rota basis.

What does the role entail?
We have a number of roles available for Customer Service Advisors, all calls are inbound which means no cold calling!

You will take inbound calls on behalf of our client and deal with all customers queries promptly, demonstrating our contact centre values. To be successful in this role you will take ownership of the customer’s situation, following it through to a successful conclusion and escalating where required. You will need to work effectively with team members at all levels and prioritise your time effectively to take incoming calls from customers in relation to queries/problems.

No previous experience of working in a contact centre is required - We are looking for individuals with any element of customer service experience including hospitality, retail and call centre with enthusiasm and a desire to learn!
