The Commercial division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a five Customer Service Advisors based in Leicester. Working on behalf of a well known brand you will be part of a large customer focused team. You will work 35 hours a week and you must be available to work the following shifts - 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00 or 12:00-20:00 and you will also be required to work one Saturday per month the hours on the Saturday are 08.00-13.30 however you do receive a full working day off in the week.

As the Customer Service Advisor you will spend 90% of your time on the phone assessing the customer needs, you will have complete control of each customer along every step of their journey. The customer needs are the most important aspect of the role. This is not a target driven call centre environment.

Good PC skills are a benefit as is the ability to multitask, speaking to customer's whist offering a world class service to each and every one of them.

As the Customer Service Advisor you will have excellent listening and customer service skills with the ability to emphasise with customers, the ability to navigate around a PC whilst talking to the customer, ideally the successful applicant will have at least two years experience working in a direct customer contact environment either over the phone or face to face.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Customer service experience, excellent telephone manner
- Organisational and planning skills, ability to work under pressure, self motivated and proactive
- Effectively able to manage high volumes of incoming calls and be first point of contact for customers
- Build strong relationships through proactive communication
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly and effectively

Salary for this role is £16,000 plus yearly bonus, incentives and discount on the products
