Within the role you'll support customers with a range of enquiries regarding their car insurance policy, ensuring answers are always delivered and resolutions found, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Answering inbound queries from customer regarding their car insurance and promoting additional features and extras
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the call
- Working on a dual screen in a highly scripted and compliant environment
- Building rapport with customers using excellent questioning and listening skills
