My client is looking for a confident and strong customer service advisor, with a good hand of experience in the game. You need to able to adapt to different situations and have the ability to handle complaints. They are looking for someone with the attitude to succeed and to progress in the business whilst dealing with day to day activities. Looking for someone with a strong customer service background that can hit the ground running.

Requirements

· Customer service experience

· Ability to work in a team

· Proactive customer focused individual

· Organisational skills

· Effective communicator in the English language

· Confidence to rely information effectively

· Flexible to work evening and weekends on a rotating shift pattern

Benefits

Contact centre open - 6am - 11pm - fully flexible shifts

Given 4 weeks notice of shifts

Would be required to work 2/4 weekend

4 weekly pay

Five week training academy
