Outline:

I'm looking for personable, outgoing, enthusiastic people for a variety of Customer Service positions in Shrewsbury. My clients offer progression and recognition therefore looking for people who are driven and ambitious with a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

The Job Role:
  • Handle and resolve incoming enquiries from customers and clients
  • Complete various administrative tasks on a daily basis
  • Take phone calls from Customers and Clients
  • Produce accurate reports using a computer / In-house system
  • Update and maintain the client database on a regular basis
  • Be flexible in providing support for other teams when required
Experience / Requirements:
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Confident in Microsoft Office
  • Confident Administrator
  • Be able to confidently manage your own workload effectively and efficiently
  • I.T literate
  • Strong academic background
