We are a rapidly expanding online business and are looking for an outstanding Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

Based on Shoreham Beach near Brighton, we run two online retail businesses.

Our core business is JTX fitness. Started in 2009 JTX fitness sell quality home fitness equipment through jtxfitness.com and via the Amazon market place. Started last year Booma is an online retail business selling electric bikes and scooters through www.booma.uk.

What is the role?

We take great pride in being incredibly well reviewed online. As Customer Service Advisor you will be encouraged and supported to deliver an outstanding level of service to help maintain and improve our excellent online reputation.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Office Manager our Customer Service Advisor predominantly helps resolve customer issues on the phone and via email. Accurately logging details of all calls and emails in our CRM system as well as processing orders for daily dispatch. You will also be required to help pick and pack parts to be sent out to complete engineer jobs.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a real passion for delivering great service, a great attitude is very important to us. We only want the very best phone manner which means great listening together with excellent written and verbal communication. If you are an excellent team player with these skills, we want to hear from you. If you have previous experience dealing with technical products that would be ideal but not essential as would an interest in sports and fitness.

Hours - Mon-Thur 9 to 5.30. Friday 9 to 5. Potential requirement for weekend work.

Salary - £16,000 - £22,000 depending on experience.
