Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £17,500 Per Annum

Location: Bedfordshire

Full Time - Permanent

Our client is a large international and well-established company based in the Bedfordshire area.

They are looking for an experienced customer service advisor to join their ever-growing team in a busy and buzzy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
  • Minimising costs where possible
  • Identifying reoccurring complaint patterns
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve any customer queries
  • Dealing with a high volume of incoming calls in a busy environment

Our client is looking for someone who has a professional and flexible approach to their workload, who can work well as part of a team. It would be desirable if the candidate has a high level of computer literacy and a good level of complaint handling.
