Outline:

Are you a Contact Centre Advisor experienced in taking a high volume of calls? Do you enjoy helping customers and building strong relationships with others? If so, please read on for the details we have on a fantastic new opportunity with our busy, reputable client in the Lutterworth area.

Working hours are rotated shifts, including 1 in 3 weekends. Shift times are 7:30am-4pm, 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5:30pm and 9:45am-6:15pm on Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturdays.

  • Handling objections tactfully and diffusing tense situations
  • Remaining calm with the ability to handle the pressure of working in a fast paced environment
  • Answering all inbound calls positively and enthusiastically

Experience / Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 years' contact centre experience
  • Experience in dealing with customer complaints, working to prevent further escalation
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment and working to achievable but challenging targets
  • Flexibility in shifts, weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Drive and passion to progress within the contact centre
