Customer Service Advisor

Our client are looking for a Customer Services Adviser to join their team. This will be on a temp to perm contract. The candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and previous knowledge of either Ironmongery, Architectural or Lock manufacturers.

Daily Duties will include:

  • General customer services - order enquiries, product support, stock availability or complaints/feedback
  • Data entry and general administration (customers' order processing)
  • Product and technical support
  • Call backs or advising on balances or any order supply due dates
  • Use of internal systems, general outlook e-mails

The right candidate must:

  • Have a high standard of excel/Microsoft word is essential.
  • Be able to build up good working relationship with our customers whilst maintaining services within the "terms of agreement/supply" and returns policy's
  • Hold customer services experience (preferable within industry such as Ironmongery, Architectural or Lock manufacturers)

Experience in:

  • Locks and mechanical Security products industry
  • Pinning & Cylinder construction
  • Master Key writing

Would be a great advantage

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
