Location: Warrington (Commutable from Liverpool, Manchester, Crewe, Bolton and surrounding areas)

About the Role:
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers over the telephone. Providing customer solutions regarding the repair of the customer’s vehicle using your conversational skills and their in-house diagnostic tools (full training will be provided). Make informed decisions about how to best manage customer demand and offer solutions to the customer.
To be successful in this role you need to show a real passion for delivery of exceptional customer service. You are a proactive team player with good organisational and time management skills.
You may have experience of the following: Customer Relations Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre, Customer Service Agent, Call Centre, Customer Support, Customer Services Representative, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service, etc.
