Customer Service Advisor

Omega Resource Group is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor, based in Gloucester.

Hours Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00 with an hour for lunch

Key Duties:

*Answering telephone calls from customers
*Dealing with customer queries
*Liaising with carriers
*Liaising with Buying team
*Inputting orders
*Producing invoices
*Raising credit notes and arranging collection of returns
*Educating customers on the use of our web based services
*Day to day filing and general office duties

This is a Permanent position to start as soon as possible.
