Search Consultancy are looking for Customer Service Advisors to work for a very well known utilities organisation in Dunfermline. With a great starting salary of £18,200, this role would suit someone from either a customer service, plumbing, technical, mechanical or Helpdesk background.
The role will involve handling inbound calls from existing customers who have an issue with a home appliance and processing insurance claims. You will be expected to build rapport with the customer, listen to understand and identify the customer's problem, and hopefully resolve over the phone and if not arranging engineer appointments with the customer.
Working hours are 40 hours per week with rotational shifts between 6am-10pm M-F and Sat/Sun 7am-9pm.
