Customer Service Based Roles
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Hours: Various Shift Patterns available
Starting Salary; £18,000 - £21,000 dependent on experience
It has been an exciting time for our business and we are currently recruiting for great talent to help support our growing company. We are one of the leading travel assistance companies in the UK and provide a host of services including Air Ambulance, Medical Assistance, Intelligence Support & Claims Management. These services are provided to the customers of companies such as HSBC, Barclays & Thomas Cook. In fact we support 45 of the FTSE 100 Companies, so as you can imagine we have some very high profile clients.
We have various customer service based roles available in our Claims, Travel & Medical departments. Rather than tell you how great CEGA is, we would like to invite you to one of our Open Office Visits. The hour long visit will consist of a tour of our Head Office, a presentation on the company and an opportunity to ask members of staff questions about what it's like to work here. Spaces are limited so e-mail to book a space on one of the following dates:
- Tuesday 10th April at 6pm
- Thursday 12th April at 6pm
- Tuesday 17th April at 6pm
- Thursday 19th April at 6pm
If all goes well during the visit, we could invite you to our Assessment Evening on Tuesday 24th April. Applications to attend our Assessment Evening are welcome but we do recommend you attend an office visit first as it will prepare you better and also give you a good idea if a role with CEGA will be a good fit for you.
