Customer Service Advisor

Page Personnel are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in Wakefield.

Client Details

The client is based in Wakefield and is a growing business within the electrical manufacturing market. This is a fixed term contract from 9 - 12 months with the potential to move into a permanent role with an immediate start.


Key responsibilities include:

* The focal point for all customer enquiries via phone and e-mail
* Manage and prioritise a high workload volume
* Build long lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
* Processing customers orders using in house system
* Use bespoke CRM system to monitor service
* Manage and provide resolutions for customer issues, taking ownership of the process


The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • An exceptional track record of being reliable
  • The availability to start immediately
