Our client based in the heart of Stoke on Trent is looking for customer driven individuals to join their ever growing customer service and collections team. As Customer Collections Advisor you will:
·Make outbound calls to customers to discuss payment options available to them
·Receive inbound calls from customers to arrange payment plans
·Provide excellent customer service on each and every call
·Ensure the company database is kept up to date with notes from calls
·Carry out general administration duties
In return you will be provided with excellent training, ongoing support and coaching. You will also receive a competitive salary of £16000 plus the opportunity to earn bonus.

This roles offers shifts between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8.30am - 1pm. NO Sundays or Bank Holidays.
