£21,000 per annum + £1,000 quarterly bonus
Our client is an ambitious and hugely successful financial services company based in Dartford. They have decades of experience and a brilliant track record of excellent performance in their industry. Due to the internal progression of current staff members, and exciting growth, they are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their business. This company uses its Customer Service team as a training ground to more senior positions and the majority of senior employees within this business started in an Advisor level position.
Customer Service Advisors will handle queries from new and existing customers relating to new applications, customer accounts, payments, cancellations, amendments and complaints. The position requires somebody with strong customer service ability and people skills. You will look to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers, whilst ensuring that an excellent service is provided.
Customer Service Advisors will receive a salary of £21,000 per annum, on a full-time, permanent contract. The position involves a quarterly bonus of £1,000 per quarter taking overall earnings to £25,000 per year. Working hours are 40 per week on a rotation shift pattern from Monday to Sunday.
Experience in a similar role and strong customer service skills are required.
