Then this is the Customer Service role for you!

We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to work within a busy Call centre environment based in Stockport. This is a state of the art call centre based in Stockport City Centre. We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work for national leading financial services company, and are looking for individuals, with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

As a Customer Advisors you will play a big part in delivering the day-to-day services that our customers require; it's your job to take all kinds of calls from all kinds of customers about their enquiries.

Hours of work:

Fully Flexible from 8am - 8pm
5 days out of 7
3 weeks training Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30pm

Please note holidays during the training period will not be honoured

The Job:
* To deal with individual customer's accounts, inbound telephone enquiries and requests in an effective manner
* Interact with customers through a range of channels (telephone, paper mail, email and other internet channels) and will act as the face of our brand
* You will be taking calls from customers; you will apply specialist knowledge, skills and appropriate behaviours effectively to achieve a successful outcome
* Sending correspondence out to customers
* You must be able to understand and assess customer enquiries
* Direct customers to the correct channels
* Training will be given, previous call centre experience an advantage

* Excellent computer skills
* Strong communication skills
* Have a strong understanding of investigations and decision making
* Be a high-performing individual with proven experience of working with other
Colleagues, to achieve and meet the company's objectives
