Hours: 37.5 (8.30am - 9pm rota) plus one Saturday per month.

Salary £17,000 - £17,500
On a daily basis, the tasks will include;
*Answering calls to assist with issues that may occur with their products.
*Requests for updates to the website with customer information.
*Reply to social media posts in a professional manner.
*Raise complaints with their Case Managers for more in-depth investigation.
*Research, investigate and identify the root cause of the customer enquiry.
*Decide and ensure implementation of the appropriate response/ resolution.
*Use their CRM system is fully update with actions taken.
Preferable but not essential skills and experiences;
*Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand the needs of the customer.
*A confident telephone manner.
*Good communication and listening skills.
*Social media experience.
*Able to prioritise and manage work load using own initiative.
*Have excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
