Customer Service Advisor within the Travel industry, Leeds City Centre, choice of shift outlined below

Your new role
Working within a contact centre environment you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and enquiries from customers regarding holiday bookings, travel queries, post-holiday concerns and general customer service.
Throughout your daily duties you will also be responsible for recording conversations and updating confidential customer files using the internal database, handling customer queries and complaints and maintaining the internal client database as well as managing your own workload within a high volume environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful applicants must possess previous telephone based customer service experience, have the ability to build rapport and manage relationships, advise customers in a professional and courteous manner and handle sometimes difficult conversations. You must also possess a sound knowledge of MS Office systems and databases along with a professional telephone manner.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive £9.24 per hour, full time hours, city centre location and a corporate office environment.
Choice of one shift from the 3 outlined below:
- Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun - 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm on the weekend
- Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun - 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm on the weekend
- Monday, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri - 12pm to 9pm
