Customer Service Advisor will;

  • Handle mainly inbound calls unless calling customers back
  • Assist customers with help in using service to keep healthy and save money
  • Ensure productivity targets are consistently achieved
  • Complete any administration accurately

Customer Service Advisors will need;

  • Strong communication skills
  • A desire to achieve targets
  • 2 years customer service experience (telephony/insurance desirable but not necessary)
  • Experience working as a customer service advisor, customer service expert, customer care advisor, customer service coordinator
  • A determined positive attitude with a can-do approach
  • The ability to build rapport and have a genuine desire to help customers

Based - Stockport

Hours - varied shifts 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 or 11-7 with 1in 5 Saturdays 9-1 (shifts assigned 1 month in advance)
