The Role:

  • Receiving queries via telephone, webchat, email etc
  • Query handling
  • Using initiative to resolve query in the first instance
  • Supporting team
  • Admin tasks
  • Updating records

The Person:

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills
  • Available immediately
