The role will involve providing a world class service to new and existing customers across a range of channels.
-You will be speaking to customers via e mail, telephone and web chat
-Recording and collating all information and providing a first contact resolution for the customer
-Handling and resolving customer complaints
To be considered for this role you must have a customer service background, face to face customer service or over the telephone
-A fantastic customer service telephone manor
-Dealt with customer complaints
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to use in house systems
The company are offering a salary of £15,000. You would be required to work Full Time and have flexibility with hours as the call centre is open between 8am until 8pm Monday - Friday and 9am until 5pm on Weekends and there are various shift patterns available.
