Due to rapid growth and the business recently receiving substantial external investment we are recruiting for a number of positions across the business: we are looking for smart, ambitious people who are excited at the prospect of rolling up their sleeves to help an early stage, fast growing start-up to continue its growth. As a fast growing business our client offers great opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key responsibilities for include:

  • Handling phone, email and app queries from customers with care and professionalism
  • Calling customers to take feedback on our performance
  • Troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • Liaising with the operations managers and drivers to enable them to give continued great service to our customers

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone with the following characteristics, skills and experience:

A friendly and outgoing nature

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Extremely well organised and punctual
  • Helpful nature and ability to empathise with people
  • Good at problem solving
  • Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
  • Interested in working for a start-up
  • Willing to work some Saturdays and evenings
