Due to rapid growth and the business recently receiving substantial external investment we are recruiting for a number of positions across the business: we are looking for smart, ambitious people who are excited at the prospect of rolling up their sleeves to help an early stage, fast growing start-up to continue its growth. Key responsibilities for include:

  • Handling phone, email and app queries from customers with care and professionalism
  • Calling customers to take feedback on our performance
  • Troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • Liaising with the operations managers and drivers to enable them to give continued great service to our customers


We are looking for someone with the following characteristics, skills and experience:

A friendly and outgoing nature

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Extremely well organised and punctual
  • Helpful nature and ability to empathise with people
  • Good at problem solving
  • Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
  • Interested in working for a start-up
  • Willing to work some Saturdays and evenings
