Customer service (Night Shift)
Salary: £16,000 per annum
Monday - Sunday (five in seven) 6pm to midnight or midnight to 6am

We are recruiting for customer service agents. Are you enthusiastic with a personality to match, we are looking for candidates to join an award-winning private car hire service provider in Cowley, Oxfordshire.
Boasting a Silver Award at the Professional Driver QSi Awards, a prestigious award in the Private Hire Operator (81+ vehicles) category of the UK’s only national awards for the private hire, taxi and chauffeur sector and a leader in the Oxfordshire market; this business are looking for a Telephonist to join their team from their office in Cowley.
The role of customer service agent is office based and focuses on assisting customers with questions, bookings and anything customer related by way of telephone engagement. The role will (particularly on weekends) involve high volumes of calls thus you will need to be diligent, a sound communicator, able to multiple and liaise with drivers, customers and manage computerised bookings with expert efficiency.
