Our local client a software company is seeking a new member of staff to provide a seamless, flexible and responsive service to customers whilst observing and understanding core company values.
As the Customer Services Advisor you will ensure processes and procedures are updated and streamlined to ensure timely positive customer experiences.
The Customer Services Advisor will work closely with the Client Director to devise and manage project plans for new customers together with liaising with customers on a daily basis to ensure all complaints, issues etc are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
As the Customer Service Advisor you will also ensure that all inbound calls are answered promptly within specified service level agreements and that KPI's are followed and achieved.
The ideal candidate will have previous Customer Services experience together with a keen interest in IT systems and software and ideally experience of IT first line support.
